Starting an Allergy Drops or Tablets Program
To start your program, you will need to schedule your first administration. Patients on allergy drops will also need a follow up appointment in 2 weeks for the first drop from the next bottle.
Before your appointment for your first drop or tablet, you will need to review the following materials. Please call to review any questions with staff before your appointment.
Materials to review:
- Sublingual Immunotherapy Consent
- Off Label Consent
- Auvi-Q epinephrine auto-injector video
- EpiPen or generic epinephrine auto-injector video
- Savings offers for epinephrine auto-injectors
- How to Use Allergy Drops at Home (drops only)
- Allergy Drop Schedule (drops only)
- Allergy Tablet Instructions (tablets only)
What to Expect:
When you arrive for your appointment, please let the front desk staff know that you are here for your Drops/Tablet Appointment.
Once roomed by staff, you will sign electronic consent and receive your first drop or tablet.
You will have a 30-minute wait after administration in one of our waiting rooms to monitor for reaction. (For minors able to self-transport: a parent/guardian must be present at first administration to give consent).
