Before you arrive
Patients starting an injection, drops, or tablets program for the first time must have an appointment. Once scheduled, a staff member will contact you to review materials and answer questions.
Patients receiving biologic medications (such as Xolair, Nucala, or Fasenra) must have an appointment. Please call Scheduling. On your appointment day, follow the check-in steps below and tell the front desk you are here for a biologic injection.
Check-in process
Arrive during injection hours. Use the swipe station to sign in for an injection. If your swipe was successful, you will see how many patients are currently waiting. If you are here for a biologic injection, see the front desk staff.
Wait on a marked spot (or as directed by staff) until you are called to an injection station. Staff will call you by name when your injections are ready.
After your injection, go to the waiting area for your post-injection observation period (typically 30 minutes). Choose seating that fits your party size; ask staff if you need help finding space.
