I wish I could say I had a great experience, I cannot it was horrible. I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly after that nothing good came from my experience at Grand Rapids Allergy. The doctor and medical assistant explained the procedure, which was to call back in two weeks to see if my extract was in. I gave them an extra week and called back the nurse said it should be in the following week. I again gave them an extra week and called back. Well guess what, they had never submitted the formula. If that wasn't bad enough they would not admit that their office was incompetent. I have found a new allergist that takes care of my needs as they should.

We have been coming to GRAllergy now for since January of 2009. My son and myself have seen tremendous improvement with our allergies and have control of our lives instead of our allergies controlling us. He has been through multiple food allergies, outdoor/indoor and asthma. We couldn't be happier with our care and immediate answers to questions. Dr. Schafer is amazing, great with children, and extremely practical. Thank you!
Hello I'm writing a review on the RN we had at my daughter's appointment.. I feel bad I can't remember his name but this was new for me.. but I wanted to share my experience! He did an absolutely amazing job with my daughter and explain things well to me and I really appreciate how much he cared!! She's only five and he worked well with her and made her comfortable!! So I'm sorry I can't remember his name but thank you!! Hopefully I can thank him in person when I see him again!! I appreciate it very much!!
