3. Review the email contents (also listed below) for connection instructions and tips. Please call with questions.
4. There is no app to download! Whether connecting from your phone, tablet or PC, simply locate the email, click on the link and follow instructions to connect to your visit.
5. We recommend attempting to connect to the meeting 5 minutes before your scheduled time to ensure the connection works on your device. Please call us if you have connection issues and we will do our best to connect you with the necessary support. Your provider will connect at the scheduled appointment time.

Important Reminders for Your Virtual Visit

• KEEP THIS EMAIL – it includes the correct details for your virtual visit. The link to your secure meeting is at the beginning of this email. Reminder emails/calls/texts may contain misleading information.
• Connect using reliable Wi-Fi.
• Make sure you are in a private area.
• Your visit will be billed to your insurance carrier. The cost for the visit depends on your plan type and eligibility.
• You may be responsible for full or partial payment.
• The visit charge will apply if you are not connected within 15 mins of the appointment start time.
• A full in-person exam is needed to prescribe antibiotics and/or oral steroids. Please call our office at 616-949-4840 to schedule an in-office visit if you feel you may need these medications.
• All patients on immunotherapy with a history of asthma will be asked to have at least 1 pulmonary function test yearly. Understand that an in-person follow-up may be needed to perform this test.
